Cancellation & No Show Policy
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time and no shows will be charged a $50 fee, processed against the credit card on file.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Bella Medspa offers refunds for skincare products that are returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by email at bella@bellamedspaatl.com or phone at 678.908.3491. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and refund processing times may vary.
Bella Medspa does not offer refunds for aesthetic services, and results of aesthetic services are not guaranteed.
