At Bella, we use the Plasma Pen for a number of skin tightening procedures to produce dramatic, long-lasting results without the need for costly and invasive surgery. It is an FDA approved hand-held device for fibroblast therapy. We find it is a great way to treat multiple areas of concern without damaging the surrounding tissue.
Using fibroblast treatments forces the skin tissue to contract immediately by thermally disrupting the skin. This process stimulates new collagen and activates essential proteins and growth factors, therefore producing more collagen than before it was disrupted. New collagen is formed over a period of up to six months which means the results just get better and better!

Plasma Pen
This versatile, hand-held device gently delivers fibroblast treatment only on the epidermal layer. The electrostatic-energy forces skin tissue to contract, which triggers natural healing and stimulates collagen production in both the epidermal and dermal layers.
It is a non-surgical treatment which provides a dramatic and natural skin tightening to the eye area – upper and lower eyelids, frown lines, crow’s feet – as well as lines around the mouth, particularly common from smoking, spots on hands and crepey skin texture.
Initial results are immediate, then become remarkably more visible a few weeks post-treatment and last for several years!
